All tours must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. Bookings not settled by this deadline may be cancelled.

At the time of booking, you must provide your full name (as per passport), date of birth, gender, email address, and any relevant medical or dietary information. For tours that include flights, valid passport details are also required.
Participants must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
Please disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation, including pregnancy. A doctor’s certificate may be requested. While we take allergies seriously, guests are responsible for managing their own medical precautions, including carrying required medications.
We welcome special requests at the time of booking and will do our best to accommodate them. However, availability and feasibility may vary by destination.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Guests are responsible for securing all required visas and ensuring compliance with entry regulations.
MANDATORY: Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants and must cover the entire duration of the trip, including pre-existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to undertake.
By booking with Excel Trips, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. Guests must sign a participation waiver before joining the tour.
We strive to maintain safe and enjoyable experiences, but guests are expected to stay informed, exercise caution, and follow all safety instructions.
Respectful and responsible behavior is expected at all times. Failure to comply with local laws, safety guidance, or group conduct standards may result in removal from the tour without refund. While we foster a positive group environment, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of individual travelers.
If an issue arises, please notify your Group Leader immediately. If further assistance is required, contact us at fly@exceltrips.com within 24 hours. Failure to report issues during the trip may affect eligibility for later compensation.
If medical assistance is deemed necessary, any related costs are the guest’s responsibility. An emergency contact is required for all bookings.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure all personal details and travel dates are correct.
If you are travelling with friends, each traveler must make their own booking and notify us so we can group you together.
Open-dated bookings allow you to reserve a tour and select your travel date later. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend selecting dates early. You may transfer to another tour if space is available; any price difference will apply.

Prices are displayed in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, or INR, depending on your location. For best rates and to avoid additional bank fees, we recommend paying in your card’s native currency. Prices may vary based on availability, seasonality, or demand.
Promotional offers are valid only during the campaign period and cannot be applied to existing bookings. Only one discount code may be used per booking.
You may transfer your booking to another person up to 30 days before departure. Administrative fees may apply depending on third-party arrangements already confirmed in your name.
Occasional adjustments may be required due to weather, transportation delays, operational considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to deliver the best possible experience.
If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers or operational reasons, you will receive:

Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other major disruptions) may prevent a trip from proceeding. In such cases, refunds may not be possible; however, you will be offered a travel credit or the option to reschedule.
Travel credits issued by Excel Trips never expire and may be used toward any future booking. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
