Day 1

Day 01 - Arrival in Beijing

Upon arriving at Beijing airport, you will be greeted by our local tour guide and transfer to check in your hotel. Free day at leisure to get over the jet lag.

Day 2

Day 2- Beijing

Our local guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at the appointed time. A pre-tour introductory talk is delivered in the morning. The exciting tour today is to visit Temple of Heaven first, then enjoy a Beijing Hutong tour by rickshaw with a local family visit. A la carte lunch will be arrange at a local restaurant. In the afternoon walk across Tian’anmen Square and visit Forbidden City. Drive back to hotel.

Day 3- Beijing

Visit the great wall today. Drive for about 2 hours from downtown to visit Mutianyu Great Wall (***Round way cable car are included at Mutianyu Great Wall***). A Chinese lunch is arranged at a local restaurant. Drive back to downtown have a photo stop outside the Bird Nest and Water Cube. The tour finishes by dropping off at your hotel. If you would like to try local specialty tonight, you could ask
for some suggestion about Peking Roast Duck Restaurant.

Day 4 - Beijing to Xi'an by high speed train

In the morning, check out and visit the last spots in Beijing --- Summer Palace, the existing largest, best-preserved imperial garden in China. The Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake are regarded as the representative of Summer Palace. In the
park, you could choose to take a boating trip on the lake. A Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant. Then transfer to take a high speed train to Xi’an. You will be transferred to check in hotel with guide service.

Day 5

Day 5 - Xi'an

Today we will have a full day to explore this historical and cultural city in China. Pick up from hotel in the morning, and then have a visit to the landmark of Xi'an---Xian City Wall. You could choose to have a bicycle riding on the city wall
(***Bicycle riding is optional and excluded from our price***). After that, we will drive to the highlights in Xi’an ---the Terracotta Warriors. Enroute, we will have a stop at a cave dwelling pottery workshop, where you will have chance to learn how to make a miniature terracotta warrior and discover the unique ancient housing style in north China. After lunch nearby, we drive back to downtown and walk around Bell Tower Square, a lively public space where locals gather for activities, surrounded by traditional hutongs and modern city life. Tour ends by dropping-off at the hotel.

Day 6

Day 6- Xi'an to Shanghai by flight

You will have a leisure morning for you to walk around. Then our guide will meet you at hotel and help you with check-out. Continue to the well-known Muslim Quarter to visit Gao's Courtyard, which is a wonderful choice for you to appreciate ancient residences and explore the local culture of shadow puppetry. Continue to our trip to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda North Plaza, from which you will have photo stop at this landmark of Xian and enjoy the magnificent and world top music fountain show at the plaza at 12:00 (depends on the availability). Take a short flight from Xi'an to
Shanghai.

We will start the tour by walking into Nong Tang, the alleys in Shikumen, where you could witness the locals' relaxing and simple life. Then move to Yuyuan Garden and explore Yuyuan Bazaar (market) nearby. After lunch, we continue to the foot of The Oriental Pearl TV Tower to visit Shanghai City History Museum (The Former Shanghai Wax Museum). Then take the elevator up to the 2nd ball of the TV tower, from which you will have a bird-eye view of Shanghai. Go on driving through Lujiazui, where you will find many skyscrapers. Then back to the Bund where you could see the landmark of Shanghai--The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and other high-rised buildings, just on the opposite of Huangpu River.
